Years back someone said cod liver oil was the cure-all. Cheerfulness is more palliative and with no unpleasant aftertaste.

I still remember those cod liver oils from my public school days. They used to hand them out at lunch time and then herd all of us to the drinking fountain. I never thought once of just sticking it in my pocket and ditching it in the garbage later. Man, I hated those pills.
