I had to think about this one for a few second and then I realized what she was getting at. It's my choice whether or not to be happy! Even on the most horrid day... like today, I can be happy if I want to be. My example... I had part one of a root canal on Monday... had part two done on Thursday. Today (Friday) my tooth is throbbing, but I'm not going to let it make me miserable. I took something for it, and am going to spend the rest of the day lounging around in pjs and watching Christmas movies!!
