I love snowy scenes, especially in the city. This is a shot of City Hall in Pennsylvania but the year is unknown. I wonder what Christmases were like back then. From the look of the car, it might have been in my grandparents time. All I know is that the scene is full of Christmas magic. Don't ask me why... I can just feel it.
