I have been doing a lot of reading lately, and I read over and over again that we should not dwell in the past. We are supposed to live "in the moment". Isn't that hard to do or is it just me? I'm either re-living scenes from my past (some good and some not so good) or I'm flying into the future which is usually not a good thing for me to do. If you are following my other blog...
