A New Thought For This Morning ... Who Ever Said That Exercise Was Good For You??

Sometimes you have to wonder if exercising is worth the bother!! No, I don't like it all that much, but I do it because I know that I should.  It was Yoga that started the problem that I'm dealing with right now. A little too much stretching that I wasn't aware of until I did too much. (And it doesn't have to hurt!!)  Two months later, I am still trying to undo the problems that I created.
