I'm trying to get out of my chair at least once every hour. You might want to do something like this too. :) I can't help but think that I would be in all of this pain, if I had started a routine like this years ago. I'm also concerned with balance. I'm not sure if it is genetic or not, but my mother at 84 has to rely on a walker at all times... I don't want that to be me!!
No, I don't consider myself old or sick... but it is getting me up and moving all day long!! I keep this video on the top of my favorite video list and every hour, I do 5 more minutes!
