I decided to do some arm exercises... just hate jiggly arms so I
picked up the 3 pound weights, plugged in my Ipod and began working on
those weak arm muscles. I am not going to want to put on a bathing suit
with the way they are looking!! Might just go downstairs later to do a
bit more work on them!!
Things to be curious about today... why you lose muscle tone in your arms when you use your arms every day??
