Making Exercise Fun Because I Hate Every Minute of It

*Check the temps today. It might be perfect day to go for a walk. A lot of our neighbors have dogs and they are doing it!  I guess dogs don't care about the heat!!

*Climbing the stairs, two at a time.

 *Move your favorite glass to a higher shelf.

 *Touch your toes.

 *Your morning stretch... make it a good one.

THEY ALL COUNT!  That's what I tell myself and if you think about it... it's true!
