The Real Estate Lady just left and all the paperwork has been done. We want to wait until it warms up and we can put out some flowers, but then... we are ready for people to check us out. We have never lived in the country before and have no idea how long it will take to sell a rural property. Here's hoping that we will be back in Ontario before the summer is out.
