Go for a walk around the block and look for some interesting stones. You will be amazed at what you can find. I have been doing this daily for a couple of months now. All the interesting stones I find, I bring home so that the grandkids cand paint them to display in our garden!! I get the benefit of the daily walks and the bending necessary to pick them up. ;)
