I Have Been Having Nightmares Lately

I  have had two nightmares over the past week and I have no idea why. The first was horrible and I still can't get it out of my head. Last night was not THAT bad, but still scary.  I am trying to come up with reasons, but can't quite get there. The quote above seemed to be fitting for some reason!!
