1. I have been meditating for a long time but still haven't gotten it down pat. Today I was in the middle of a 20 minute session and suddenly realized that I had a dress that has been soaking for at least 10 hours. That was the end of my session. All I could think of was that dress. Was it still red or had all the dye come out of it??
2. Is sleeping the same as meditating? I thought about that a lot over coffee this morning?
I still have a lot to learn!
