*I find that throwing myself into a hobby really helps especially if I am learning something new. You should really give it a try!!
* It makes me feel amazing when everything is in it's place. Just checked... my bedroom is spotless, my bathroom is spotless, including the mirror and my office is spotless... and all it took was putting a few things back where they belonged.
