9... If you are trying to sell your house, let them know that you live in a safe area. If your front door is covered in locks, that is not the message that you will be sending to the potential buyers.
10... Pack away at least most of your shoes. Keep just the shoes that you use on a daily basis. Too many will make your closet seem cluttered. Your buyers don't need to know how many pairs you really own. ;)
11... Keep cleaning supplies to a minimum. Will make buyers think that the house requires constant cleaning
