Finding balance is hard for me. I seem to be on overdrive every minute of the day. To sit still for even 5 minutes is almost impossible which I just realized... I haven't stopped all morning. I bought a book a couple of years ago... something about 8 minute meditations. I thought that I would be able to handle eight minutes! How hard could that be? Well... I soon learned that it was indeed... hard. Maybe I will set the kitchen timer at one minute and then work up from there.
