I can't believe how many people have put their house up for sale in our county!! When we started moving for businesses reasons every couple of years... I made a list of things to do... The ideas alone come from that list. :)
If you are trying to sell your house, let them know that you live in a safe area. If your front door is covered in locks, that is not the message that you will be sending to the potential buyers.
Pack away at least most of your shoes. Keep just the shoes that you use on a daily basis. Too many will make your closet seem cluttered. Your buyers don't need to know how many pairs you really own. ;)
