I like to think that there is something to this!! When I think of the things that I did even as a kid... I was pretty dumb. Like jumping into the hay from a beam that stretched across the center of the barn. One missed step and we would have hit the floor below. I certainly didn't do that again after I turned thirty lol! So, I guess I did get smarter!!

Birthdays... Do You Remember

I have two birthdays for you to think about... your very first birthday party when all was well with the world, all of your friends were there, there was a table full of birthday presents just for you and then...

... the birthday that clicked over and you are suddenly old!! For me, that was the year that I turned 30! It was the most horrible day of my life and I thought that my life was pretty much over.

Well, that birthday was about ... years ago lol, and I never felt that way again. Now when I turn 60, I might feel that way again... yikes, that really does sound old to me.
